• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or fraudulent offers

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content, files, images, audio, video, and other materials you upload or create through the Service (“Your Content”). By posting Your Content, you grant Archive Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely as needed to operate and provide the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Purchases, Bookings, and Payments

The Service allows you to book studio sessions, purchase event tickets, buy licenses to beats, and purchase other products and memberships. Prices, availability, and fees are displayed at the time of purchase.

Studio bookings and event tickets are subject to the cancellation windows and policies shown at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

All purchases must be completed through the payment methods offered in the Service. Attempting to bypass or manipulate checkout, pricing, or fulfillment is a violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and content provided by Archive Studios, is owned by Archive Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, such as authentication, payment, and analytics providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
